Returns: We will exchange any defective video for a new non-defective one. (of the same title) Please mail it back to us with the invoice and a brief note explaining the problem. Upon receiving the defective tape, we will replace it immediately and send it off to you. DEFECTIVE TAPES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE INVOICE!
